Victor Hurdugaci is a computer science master student at the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands. He started programming when was fourteen and now is interested in software architecture, best practices for code writing, SaaS, S+S and rule based systems (expert systems). He is a Microsoft Certified Professional on C# and an aspiring Microsoft Certified Professional Developer. Previously he got a Computer Science Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics from the “Transilvania” University in Brasov, Romania.
